Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered during the project or if changes are requested by the customer. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with additional work. Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract or invoice.

Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe provided. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays as soon as they are known. Extensions to project timelines do not constitute a breach of contract.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing clear access to work areas, securing pets, and ensuring utilities are marked before excavation work begins. You must notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other obstacles that may affect the work. Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges or delays.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with a warranty on labor and materials as specified in your project contract. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others. To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow the care instructions provided and notify us promptly of any issues.

Limitation of Liability

PLM Port St Lucie Masonry shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those specific services. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to fees to cover actual costs incurred. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at our discretion. Any deposits paid will be refunded minus actual costs incurred.

Property Damage

We take great care to protect your property during all work. However, some disruption to landscaping or surrounding areas may be unavoidable during masonry projects. We will make reasonable efforts to restore affected areas to their original condition. We carry comprehensive liability insurance to cover any accidental damage that may occur during our work.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PLM Port St Lucie Masonry and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Custom designs created for your project remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute regarding our services, please contact us directly to resolve the matter. We are committed to addressing all customer concerns promptly and fairly. If we cannot reach a resolution through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
